Carly Rayburg is a mental health advocate, program strategist, and certified crisis interventionist with extensive experience supporting veteran and military communities. She holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and QPR Suicide Prevention (Instructor), and holds her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Occupational Health Psychology.

Her background includes leading prevention and wellness initiatives for the U.S. Department of the Air Force, coordinating postvention efforts, and developing leadership programs rooted in resilience and purpose. As an original member of the tribe that started Combat Recovery, she promotes holistic wellness through all pillars of physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Serving the organization is a deeply personal commitment. Carly believes in the mission of Combat Recovery Foundation to support warriors in healing through faith, brotherhood/sisterhood, and post-traumatic growth. She is honored to contribute her voice, experience, and heart to the vital work that CRF brings to the world.
