Austin Odle is an Army veteran based in Severance, Colorado, who has spent his post-military career building organizations, developing leaders, and turning complex problems into clear plans. What drives him most is helping others succeed, using his skills and experience to help people bridge gaps they would struggle to cross alone.
Austin joined Combat Recovery Foundation because he believes community is the foundation of healing. The loneliness and disconnection facing veterans is one of the most urgent challenges of our time, and belonging and genuine human connection are the most powerful tools we have against it. His goal is to put his professional background directly in service of that mission, coaching and mentoring veterans who own or want to start businesses.
When he is not working, Austin can be found fly fishing, rock climbing, or camping in the Colorado mountains. He is energized by the connections that come from sharing those experiences with others.
