Gregg Piburn’s mindset is: ‘Old man’ seeks best years ever. A big part of that mindset is to apply his skills and interests in ways that add value at whatever age. Note: Gregg and Sherrie (also a CRF volunteer) have two daughters and a son, who has been an active Marine since 2010. Gregg continues to provide facilitation and personal-coaching services to his Leader’s Edge Consulting clients. He also seeks to add value as council chair of the progressive Crossroads Church (which helps support CRF) in Loveland, Colo., and writer of personal profiles for the CRF website. Gregg doesn’t really feel like an ‘old man.’ When he was a younger man, Gregg earned a BA in journalism from Colorado State University and was an award-winning reporter, an award-winning PR manager and writer at Hewlett-Packard, and a published author. Oh, he also had brief stints as a movie actor, country-western singer, rodeo bull rider, and Denver Bronco wide receiver … but that’s another story.
