Having proudly served 11 years in the United States Marine Corps, I witnessed many experiences that shaped me, but none more profoundly than the loss of a fellow Marine to suicide. Through my own journey battling both mental and physical health challenges, I came to understand what veterans truly need to thrive beyond service. Today, I am deeply committed to supporting my fellow veterans by fostering resilience, connection, and purpose. As an avid hiker, I believe strongly in the restorative power of nature and the strength of community as vital paths to healing and growth.
