Marshall is a Marine Corps Combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, former police officer, and has been advocating for suicide prevention throughout his entire career. Marshall, having endured his own struggles with mental health after serving on the front lines, understands the urgency of his mission. Marshall established the Combat Recovery Foundation in 2023 to directly impact his brothers and sisters in arms experiencing their own mental health challenges. Leveraging his professional and lived experience, Marshall and his team fight in the war against suicide.
